Anti-Poison is a Normal-type Special attack that can only be learned by Koga's Muk in the Elite 4. It has a similar behavior to Heal Pulse, but it only works on Poison-type Pokemon.
Attempting to use a Ditto and have it transform into Muk only reveals that the move functions fine, but has no use on your own Pokemon.
